Whilst things are certainly not ‘normal’ at the moment, our services are operating as they were pre-Covid 19. We have also been in close communication with all of our key service providers to ensure everything continues to operate as expected. Should things change and your transfer be impacted, we will let you know right away.
To do our part in helping to slow the spread of Covid-19, we have deployed our whole team to work from home, something we are well-versed in. Our support operations are working to a regular schedule and we don’t see this changing. If things do change, we are well-equipped to adapt and will always put customers first.
We hope these measures are short term but we are prepared for them to be more sustained. We understand that the international situation is causing anxiety for everyone. We hope that by taking that anxiety out of sending money to those that may need it most in these challenging times, we are doing our small part. We will all get through this and we wish all of you and your families the best.
